CyclOn Grease Gun
The CyclOn Grease Gun (also listed as the CyclOn Doser) is a premium workshop-grade tool engineered to deliver pinpoint precision when lubricating your bicycle. Squeezing grease directly out of a tube can easily lead to mess, uneven application, and wasted product. This heavy-duty dispenser eliminates the hassle, allowing mechanics and home enthusiasts to work with clinical accuracy while keeping their hands entirely clean.
Designed with ergonomics in mind, the dose injector fits comfortably in the hand and is activated with a simple plunger mechanism. The prolonged, ultra-slim needle nozzle makes it incredibly easy to inject grease deep into the most tightly confined areas of a bicycle frame. It is the ultimate solution for cleanly packing wheel hubs, bottom bracket shells, headset bearings, suspension linkages, and brake assemblies where standard application methods fall short.
The standout engineering feature of the CyclOn Grease Gun is its specific M15 x P1.5 thread size. This pitch is meticulously optimised to screw flush onto CyclOn's 50ml and 150ml maintenance tubes. By establishing a completely airtight and secure mechanical seal, it prevents internal grease bypass or threading leaks, guaranteeing that every millimeter of pressure pushes grease forward out of the nozzle rather than oozing from the collar.

Pros & Cons
-
Long, fine-tipped injection needle reaches deep inside restricted spaces like bearing races and internal bottom bracket shells
-
Perfectly calibrated M15 x P1.5 threading ensures an airtight, zero-waste seal with no mess or tube leakage
-
Provides precise flow control via the manual plunger, drastically minimising over-greasing and cleanup time
-
Ergonomic design allows single-handed operation while keeping hands and the external workshop area grease-free
-
Exclusively optimised for M15 x P1.5 threaded tubes; third-party grease tubes with non-standard threads will require a manual transfer
-
Must be wiped clean after using sticky assembly or carbon pastes to prevent the fine tip from drying out and clogging
How to Use:
-
Attachment: Remove the standard cap from your preferred CyclOn 50ml or 150ml grease or assembly paste tube. Thread the base of the CyclOn Grease Gun cleanly onto the tube mouth until it forms a tight, secure seal.
-
Priming: Gently squeeze the bottom of the soft tube while pressing the plunger down a few times until grease flows consistently out of the metal needle tip.
-
Application: Place the needle directly into the bearing track, component thread, or hub housing. Press the plunger firmly to inject the exact amount of grease required.
-
Maintenance: After finishing your workshop routine, wipe down the tip of the metal nozzle with a clean rag. If changing paste types, purge the remaining residue out of the nozzle neck before attaching the new tube.
