Shipping policy

In short:

  • 100% Plastic-free: Your order is packaged exclusively in sustainable, plastic-free materials.

  • Shipping costs: €6.95 - €8.95 for orders under €75 (depending on the delivery address).

  • FREE SHIPPING on all orders from €75.

  • Ordered before 12:00 PM (noon): We aim to process your order on the same working day.

  • Courier: We make use of Post.nl, DHL or DPD, depending on your delivery address.

Conscious Shopping & Sustainability

At bicyquel _ , it is about more than just the fastest parts; we have a deep responsibility for the paths we cycle on. To keep our ecological footprint as small as possible, we have made a radical choice: our packaging is 100% plastic-free. From the box to the tape, we use exclusively sustainable, recyclable materials to safely protect your order.

However, the logistical process of getting a single inner tube or a set of bolts to your home is taxing on the environment. We want to encourage shopping behaviour that spares the planet. That is why we encourage you to combine consciously: rather than ordering a single product twice, consolidate your parts in one package. 

To support this sustainable choice and to distribute logistical costs fairly, we charge shipping costs of €6.95 to €8.95 for orders up to €75. From €75 onwards, we cover the shipping costs entirely as a thank you for your conscious contribution.

Delivery Times & Order Processing

We carefully do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible, so that you can quickly get back on the road or the trails.

  • Ordered before 12:00 PM: We aim to process orders placed on work days before noon on the same day.

  • Expected shipping time: Because we depend on stock and logistics, an up-to-date indication of the shipping time is displayed on every product page. This is the time frame within which we generally ship.

  • Unexpected delays: Unfortunately, sometimes we are unable to meet this shipping time, for example, if a specific part is unexpectedly out of stock. Should we fail to meet the promised shipping time for any reason, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery by courier and method of your choice

During the checkout process, you decide which courier you want to use to deliver your order. As soon as we have handed over the package, you will receive a Track & Trace code to track your shipment.


Please note: Although we do our utmost to process your order quickly, we are dependent on the courier services after the handover. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.
