Because sometimes a part just doesn't fit the build.

The Essentials

  • 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

  • Mint Condition: If a product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to re-sell the product, we may charge you for this reduction in the product's value. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

  • Approval First: Always contact us at contact@bicyquel.eu before shipping. Items sent without a "green light" cannot be processed.

How to start a Return

  1. Shoot an email to contact@bicyquel.eu with your order number. Alternatively you can also email us the completed bicyquel returns form.

  2. Once approved, we’ll send you instructions and a return label.

  3. The Return Ticket: Shipping costs for returning the package from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately € 7.25 per package; please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.We believe in "Think twice, ship once" to keep our carbon footprint and prices low.

Damages & Wrong Deliveries

Inspect your gear as soon as it arrives. If a part is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong spec, contact us immediately. We’ll pull a manual override to fix the issue and get you back on the road at no extra cost.

Exchanges (The Fast Track)

The quickest way to get the right part is to return the old one for a refund and simultaneously place a new order. This keeps your build timeline on track.

EU 14-Day "Cooling Off" Period

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited for the item returned or the full order amount, including shipping costs for complete orders returned.The same "Mint Condition" rules apply.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once your part lands back at our "Tech Stand," we’ll inspect it and notify you.

  • The Payout: If approved, you’ll be refunded the full order amount (including original standard shipping for full returns) via your original payment method.

  • Timeline: You can expect the refund within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.

  • Missing Credit? If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, give us a shout at contact@bicyquel.eu.

Exceptions

  • Safety First: We cannot accept returns on hazardous materials (like certain pressurised shocks or flammable cleaning fluids) once opened.
