"How fast can I get back on the road?"

We know a broken bike is a tragedy.

• The Netherlands/Belgium: Usually 1-2 business days.
• Rest of Europe: 3-5 business days.
  As soon as your parts leave the stand, you’ll get a tracking code to watch them fly your way.

"Where do you ship from?"

Everything is dispatched from our hub in the Netherlands. No hidden customs fees for EU riders—just straight-up speed.

"Wrong part? No sweat."

Ordered a 12-speed chain for an 11-speed setup? It happens. You have 30 days to return any unused, ungreased part in its original packaging.

• Note: Once a part is mounted or shows "tool marks," it’s officially part of your collection and cannot be returned.

"Can I change my order after hitting 'Pay'?"

Our fulfillment is like a downhill sprint—fast. We usually process orders within the hour. If you need a change, contact us immediately. If the package is already on the truck, we’ll have to handle it as a return.
