CyclOn Bearing Grease
CyclOn Bearing Grease is a professional-grade, sodium-based lubricating grease meticulously engineered to keep moving parts spinning smoothly and efficiently. Specifically developed for the high-demand components of city bikes, e-bikes, and everyday commuter bicycles, this universal grease drastically lowers rolling resistance while reducing friction and component wear over extended periods.
Formulated to remain highly water-repellent, CyclOn Bearing Grease establishes a heavy-duty, protective layer inside bearing assemblies. This shield seals out rain, road spray, and grit, keeping moisture away from crucial metallic surfaces to prolong component lifespan. Its highly stable structure makes it an incredibly reliable choice for packing wheel hubs, rebuilding headsets, lubricating bottom brackets, and treating handlebar bolts.

Pros & Cons
-
Exceptionally low rolling resistance helps maintain maximum mechanical efficiency, ideal for saving energy on e-bikes and city commutes
-
Specially optimised sodium formulation prevents metal-on-metal wear and resists breakdown under consistent rotation
-
Strong water-repellent performance ensures long-lasting internal protection even through heavy downpours and wet weather conditions
-
Completely safe for carbon frames and components, preventing accidental chemical damage during assembly
-
Primarily optimised for city bikes, e-bikes, and standard bearings; high-end racing or muddy mountain bike ceramic bearings may benefit more from specialised premium variants
-
Thick mechanical consistency requires a full manual teardown and degreasing of the old grease before application
How to Use
-
Access the Bearings: Disassemble the component housing until the cartridge bearing seals or loose ball bearings are fully visible.
-
Clean Thoroughly: Remove the bearings and completely strip away any old grease, dirt, and residue using a high-quality degreaser like CyclOn Bionet Chain Cleaner. Ensure the entire bearing housing is clean and dry.
-
Apply the Grease: Pack the bearings or individual balls generously with CyclOn Bearing Grease, ensuring an even coat across all rolling surfaces before setting them back into the bike frame or wheel hub.
-
Reassemble: Reinstall any protective dust seals and components in their correct order, wiping away any excess grease that squeezes out during reassembly.
All product warranties are in accordance with the manufacturer's policy (see link in the product details above). In most cases, this is a limited warranty that applies only to the original owner and excludes normal wear and tear, accidental damage, negligence (failure to clean/maintain the product), and improper installation (see User Manual link in the product details above). However, if you experience a problem with the product you purchased from bicyquel _ (original invoice required), please let us know so we can assist you with the appropriate procedure.
